Continue readingCome and discover the vision, values and projects of renowned architects, designers and architectural agencies during the WORKSPACE EXPO major talks:
How to design contemporary work environments? How to integrate CSR? How to create real living spaces?
Ramy Fischler is a designer, a graduate of ENSCI-Les Ateliers in 2004, a resident of La Villa Medici in Rome in 2010 and Maison&Objet Designer of the Year in 2018.
At his studio, he cultivates a creative practice combining research, technological innovation, know-how and environmental commitment. With his Bureau des Usages, Ramy Fischler anticipates tomorrow's everyday life to build a desirable future.
At the agency he founded in Paris in 2011, he designs objects as well as workspaces, cultural, commercial and residential spaces. His vision of design combines innovation and environmental commitment. His approach, as explained in his exhibition Sens-Fiction (www.sens-fiction.org), is often collaborative and cross-disciplinary, crossing knowledge and establishing synergies to anticipate the issues facing our changing society.

What to do with these planted buildings, THINKING FOR THE FUTURE OF REAL ESTATE IN A ZERO-CARBON NET ERA
Continue reading"What solutions for your planted buildings?
The current challenges posed by the climate and economic crises are prompting us to fundamentally rethink our approach and recognize the intrinsic value of "ALREADY THERE". Regulatory pressures, increasing urban density, changes in the world of work and housing, as well as economic developments, are giving existing workspaces a new ATTRACTIVITY.
At Arte Charpentier, our commitment to these challenges runs deep, which is why, drawing on our expertise, we have developed a METHODOLOGY. By combining the skills of our different professions, we offer tailor-made solutions adapted to the specific challenges of workplaces.
To make the most of these opportunities, we are convinced that it is essential to aim for the right programming and adopt a hybrid approach to spaces, all with a view to frugality.
It's becoming imperative to come to terms with current realities and seize the opportunity to evolve our workspaces. Tertiary spaces today represent a significant proportion of assets to be rethought. After all, 80% of the working environment of 2050 is already here, underlining the crucial importance of rethinking and optimizing our existing assets today.
They adopt a holistic approach that aims to create working environments adapted to changing needs.

Come and discover the vision, values and projects of renowned architects, designers and architectural agencies during the WORKSPACE EXPO major talks:
How to design contemporary work environments? How to integrate CSR? How to create real living spaces?
Alain Moatti's answer is to develop an experience between the imaginary and the symbolic, physical and sensory.
Alain Moatti has created a wide range of private and public spaces. He has developed his own philosophy for integrating contemporary architecture into places, buildings, districts and towns steeped in history. The historical charge is preserved and the original features accentuated to make the places unique.
He sets these places apart by blending architecture and scenography in a journey where the transmission and sharing of knowledge is at the heart of the project.
This has been demonstrated for major Parisian institutions: redevelopment of the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower, the Hôtel de la Marine on Place de la Concorde, the Historial Charles de Gaulle in the Hôtel National des Invalides and the Banque de France.
Alain Moatti is also renowned for his work with key players in the worlds of culture, fashion, hotels and gastronomy:
Jean-Paul Gaultier, Yves Saint Laurent, Baccarat, Yannick Alléno.

Great interview with Jean-Philippe Le Bœuf
Continue readingDPLG architect (1983), co-founded the CALQ architectural firm in 1990. Jean-Philippe Le Bœuf developed the agency on the principle that architects must master the complete cycle of design and realization of their work, based on a unique skill set combining architecture and construction management. CALQ has been involved in its own projects, such as the Renaissance building on rue François1er in Paris (2022), as well as in major collaborations as associate architect with Ricardo Bofill on the Cité du Retiro (2002), with David Chipperfield on Morland Mixité Capitale (2022), and with RCR Arquitectes on the Pointe Amont de l'île Seguin (since 2016). The agency has also acted as general contractor on major projects such as La Poste du Louvre with Dominique Perrault (2022), and Ateliers Hermès with RDAI (2013). Under the impetus of Jean-Philippe Le Bœuf, CALQ has always focused on the rehabilitation of existing and heritage structures. This militant orientation towards sobriety has been reinforced by the creation of a wood construction division and its participation in the BBCA label.
